Welcome to Webear! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including website design, development, UI/UX, and digital solutions provided through direct contracts, our website (webear.in), or third-party platforms (like Fiverr).
By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from engaging with our services.
Webear offers the following services (directly or through partners like Graphics Arc):
◉ Website design and frontend development
◉ UI/UX design collaboration
◉ Animation and interaction development
◉ Admin panels and backend setup (optional)
◉ Hosting support and deployment setup (as add-on)
◉ Branding integration (via partner agency)
Clients agree to:
◉ Provide accurate content, images, and information.
◉ Clearly communicate requirements before development begins.
◉ Review and respond to design drafts and development stages promptly.
◉ Respect agreed timelines for feedback and payments.
◉ Final deliverables will be provided as a .zip file or through a GitHub repo (on request).
◉ Hosting is not included by default unless clearly specified.
◉ Design files (if included) are provided in Figma or standard formats.
◉ Webear does not provide domain registration or hosting services directly, but we offer setup guidance.
Each package includes limited revisions:
◉ Basic: 1 Revision
◉ Standard: 2 Revisions
◉ Premium: 3 Revisions
Any extra revisions beyond the plan scope may be charged additionally.
◉ Full or milestone payments are required as per the contract/Fiverr terms.
◉ Refunds are not applicable after design work or development has started.
◉ Partial refunds are only considered in cases of non-delivery or breach from Webear’s side, as determined on a case-by-case basis.
◉ Upon full payment, the client receives full rights to the code and design (unless using licensed assets).
◉ Webear may showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
◉ We may use tools like FormSubmit, Netlify, Vercel, or APIs for functionality
◉ Clients agree to the terms of those platforms separately.
Webear is not responsible for:
◉ Hosting errors outside our control
◉ Changes made by the client after delivery
◉ Issues caused by third-party service interruptions
We reserve the right to terminate any project if:
◉ There’s client miscommunication, non-payment, or disrespect
◉ Project scope drastically changes without mutual agreement
Webear may update these terms as needed. Clients will be notified of major updates.
